Temporary rules on June, 22nd, 1900 in the agrarian policy of the government in Siberia on the boundary XIX-XX centuries

Article is devoted to one of а little investigated aspects of an agrarian policy in Siberia - to rules on June, 22nd, 1900 about the household and farm device of immigrants. On the basis of sources, many of which for the first time are entered into a scientific turnover, the author of article investigates realization of these rules by local administration in the Siberian provinces.
