World customs organization: subject of international customs law

The article deals with one of the subjects of international customs law - the World Customs Organization. The structure of the World Customs Organization is considered, which the author divides into two levels: the main bodies of the organization and regional divisions, as well as the tasks of the internal bodies of the organization. As an example of the work of the World Customs Organization with other subjects of international customs law, the author considers the interaction between the Federal Customs Service of Russia and the World Customs Organization. The author comes to the conclusion that the World Customs Organization is the central body in the system of subjects of international customs law, whose task is to achieve effective customs regulation by integrating the customs services of various states.
