The article presents the experience of the All-Russian Conference of individual research projects, carried out by students under the supervision of scientists at the International association of construction universities (DIA) in the 2013/14 academic years. The authors provide description of research, carried out by the most active construction universities. The paper contains propositions for the further collaboration with the talented youth in the context of association of construction universities.
