It is known that hypovitaminosis D has a high incidence in patients with autoimmune thyroiditis, and the use of cholecalciferol has a positive effect on the titer of antibodies to thyroperoxidase in the direction of their decrease. The aim of the work was to study the frequency of secondary phosphorus-calcium disorders in the outcome of hypovitaminosis D in patients with and without autoimmune thyroiditis. It was revealed that secondary phosphorus-calcium disorders are significantly more often diagnosed in patients with hypovitaminosis D and AIT than in patients with hypovitaminosis D without thyroid pathology: hypocalcemia - by 28.3% of cases, hypomagnesemia - by 30.8%, secondary hyperparathyroidism - by 24.1% of cases. Thus, AIT is a risk factor for the development of secondary phosphorus-calcium disorders in the outcome of hypovitaminosis D. These deficient conditions require correction to improve both the quality of life of patients and the course of autoimmune thyroiditis.
