It is shown that when using the method of direct and inverse transformations of originals and images, the formula of Newton's second law is derived, which allows us not to consider it as a postulate. The review is carried out on the micro and macro level. As a practical aspect of the results obtained, one can consider an artificial electromagnetic mass. The artificial mass is indistinguishable from the "natural" mass as it corresponds to Newton's second law.
