Resume: The article examines the value of personal income tax for the Russian Federation. The article describes the history of personal income tax in Russia, provides a table of minimum wages. The main problems of personal income tax in the Russian Federation are identified, proposals for improving personal income tax from the point of view of jurisprudence are described.
