Introduction to the theory and methodology of scientific management

There is a need of theoretical and methodological basis and formation of the necessary and rather exclusive number of elements of management being displayed in any form of human activity. The scientific literature and the empirical research have allowed us to choose the parameters of their description, to prove theoretically their similar nature and purpose as well as an instrumental display in human relations. The use of elements of management allows to designate or to change the quality and efficiency of the processes, phenomena and events with the participation of people, being designed, investigated and taking place in economic systems of any level.
