Misleading as a form of unfair competition

The article presents the legal characteristics of misleading as a form of unfair competition, analyzes the law enforcement practice in this category of cases. The necessity of establishing in the Russian legislation a ban on misrepresentation by inaction is substantiated, appropriate additions to the Federal Law «On Protection of Competition» are proposed.
