The article considers an approach to choosing an alternative strategy for the development of a subsidiary controlled by the parent holding company. A matrix of combinations of focused strategies and reference growth strategies is presented. It is determined that additional competitive advantages from entering into a single contour of an integrated structure are obtained by establishing intra-holding relationships in the field of pricing Economics, scientific research, human resources, material and resource supply, logistics chains.
