Select key of economic activities in the fuzzy information for identification of regional cluster formations

The article deals with methodological aspects of the CAS identificationtion ofregional clusters in the primary stage of its logical sequence: “selection of keysectors (production) of regional economy - the regional enterprises - the choiceof related enterprises and organizations.” In the partial or complete lack of anopen and reliable economic information criterion values, on the basis of which theselection of key sectors (production) of the regional economy for its clustering, aswell as the sequence (algorithms) they use, are not clearly pronounced. Therefore,as the formal apparatus selecting key sectors (industries) are encouraged to use themathematical apparatus of theory of fuzzy or fuzzy sets, allowing to solve problemsof mathematical modeling of complex socio-economic systems in the conditions ofvagueness (fuzziness) of information.
