We are presenting a clinical case discussion relating to dissection of the left main coronary artery (LMCA) with extension to the ascending aorta (AsAo) complicated by percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Coronary stent implantation in LMCA-LAD was performed. Blood flow TIMI 3 was recovered. We observed hemodynamics and ECG stabilized. There was no need for surgery.
