Selection of cryosurgical correction technique in patients with complex regional pain syndrome

Бесплатный доступ

A technique for correction of vegetative disorders and peripheral blood flow in patients with complex regional pain syndrome has been developed. Two variants of its use have been proposed: periarterial sympathetic cryodestruction with medication correction of two courses, or sympathetic destruction combined with local cryological effect. Medication treatment is represented by three courses for this option. At the same time cryotherapy is provided before, during or after conservative or surgical treatment performance for the locomotor system involvement. The technology proposed has been demonstrated to be of high effectiveness.
