Choice of the method of determining the significant interested parties of the housing and communal services organization

The article presents the rationale for choosing the method of significant stakeholders, as well as their list for the organization of housing and communal services, which is a mandatory requirement of the standard GOST R ISO 9001-2015. The purpose of this study is to justify the choice of a method for determining significant stakeholders using the example of the managing organization of housing and communal services. One of the most important conditions in this industry is the introduction and continuous improvement of the quality management system (hereinafter QMS) in accordance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2015, as one of the main tools for improving the quality indicators of the provision of housing and communal services.
