This article describes considerations during selection of assessment methods for evaluation during recruitment of personnel, which would give reliable and sufficient information for making a decision on employment. It also provides an overview of the methods of evaluation during recruitment of personnel used by Russian companies. The most effective, according to the author, is the creation of a combined evaluation system in the company, taking into account its goals, specifics and capabilities. The article presents an analysis of modern projects in the field of evaluation and recruitment of personnel, based on that analysis the main trends, which exist in this area, have indicated, that should be taking into account when creating or upgrading the evaluation system.
