In clause the given inspections and surgical treatment of 257 patients with visceroptosis are submitted. As a result of the lead analysis of the remote results of various volumes of surgical treatment it is revealed, that isolated resections ободочной guts are inefficient. The resection of the left flank colon guts has positive results at a degree of chronic stasis of colon. At a degree deindemnification motor functions colon guts the volume of a subtotal resection guts is most effective.
