Choice of a doctor’s professional trajectory in the educational environment of a regional medical university

The aim to comprehensive sociological study of the socio-psychological factors in the formation of a shortage of medical personnel in in-demand medical specialties in the educational environment of a regional medical university. The problem of staffing regional healthcare initiates research interest in the problematic field of public health, organization and sociology of healthcare. The article presents the results of a sociological study of the choice of a doctor's professional trajectory in the educational environment of the Volgograd Medical University.
