The aim of the work is to study the effect of two dose fractionation regimens on subsequent survival in patients with grade 4 gliomas, depending on age. In 140 patients with morphologically confirmed grade 4 glioma, fractionation with the prescribed dose of 2 and 3 Gy was alternately used using a pairwise modeling strategy.
