A balanced scorecard helps organizations optimize their vision and strategy through business operations and measures the actual effectiveness of an organization in comparison with set goals. In addition, this tool is used to assess financial processes, customer relations, internal business processes, as well as the characteristics of training and organization growth. The purpose of this study is to recognize the role of a balanced scorecard and change management in improving the effectiveness of organizations. The work also provides insights into the impact of a balanced scorecard on organizational performance.
