Choice of way of angular zones moulding of throgh type profile in rollers on the basis of operating contact pressure analysis

In a paper two ways of moulding the throgh type profile in rollers - moulding with constant and variable radiuses are considered. On the basis of the analysis of arising contact pressure in angular zones of a profile and magnitude of thinning it is offered to use the scheme with variable radiuses. In JSC "Ulyanovskiy NIAT" ex-perimental inspection of the given schemes was carried out.
