The paper presents the algorithm for choosing behavioral strategies in conflict situations, the algorithm can enhance employees' work performance and increase the validity of their decisions in the conditions of remote work. Methods of behavioral strategy adaptation to interaction framework for the remote work conditions, as well as information technologies supporting them, are described.
