A procedure is suggested to isolate pure populations of lymphocytes, neutrophils, thrombo-cytes from the peripheral blood of agricultural animals (sheep, horses, cattle). Sequential stages are described in the development of procedure for blood separation into cellular fractions. It was shown that this technique have following advantage: for gradient may be use the analogs of verografm - uro-grafin and triombrast. From one sample of blood practically pure populations of lymphocytes, thrombo-cytes and neutrophils are isolated, the yield of which are 85.3-96.6; 82.2-97.8 и 84.7-91.8 %, respectively. The isolated cells are not damaged and retain entirely their native properties for 4-5 hours.
