Studies have shown that the distribution of L-forms of mycobacteria among dogs and cats react to PPD tuberculin for mammals takes place. Based on this need to be included for reacting animal studies on the allocation of L-forms, which will allow more accurate diagnosis and prevent the spread of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in the environment.
