Isolation of mitochondria from cells and tissues of animals and human: modern methodical approaches

The review presents the current modification techniques used for separation and storage of mitochondria obtained from fresh and frozen tissue, and suitable for the study of various mitochondrial processes. We describe the reception of mitochondria from both organs and tissues of laboratory animals, and from biopsy samples of human tissue and cell cultures.
