Бесплатный доступ

The purpose of this study is to determine the presence of antibiotic resistance genes in samples of manure and compost of farm animals of the Omsk region by multiplex PCR. We analyzed 156 samples, of which 86 samples of manure and 70 samples of compost taken from farm animals of the Omsk region. The results of the conducted studies indicate the presence of resistance genes such as van A, van B and mcr 1 in samples of manure and compost of farm animals. The van A gene was detected only in compost samples (1.2 %). Among the compost samples, the van B gene was most common (2.85 %). The mcr 1 gene is most common in manure samples (1.72 %). The results obtained indicate that antibiotic resistance genes are circulating among the livestock enterprises of the Omsk region.
