Identifying groups at risk of early mortality of patients with necrotizing pancreatitis of blood amylase values at the beginning of the disease

The results of indicators blood amylase (160 studies) in the first three days of the beginning of a destructive pancreatitis in 149 patients in order to predict early mortality in the first 72 hours of onset. It was revealed that the enzyme values above 749 IU / L predicted an early death from Se.- 72,7%, Sp.- 71,8%. A more accurate forecast is based on a multifactor model cumulative effect of amylase, serum sodium concentration and the relative number of lymphocytes at the level of the associated criterion more «-2,52» (Se.- 71,4%, Sp.- 83,2%).
