Detectionof HBe Ag in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B. Metabolic rate features

DNA of viral hepatitis B was observed with the same frequency in men as well as in women. It was found a correlation between presence of HBsAg and detection of hepatitis B virus DNA. The same correlation with HBeAg wasn ’t determined. HBeAg is more often observed in women. It is an independent factor leading to increased activity of alanine aminotransferase, asparagine aminotransferase, concentration of thymol test and beta-lipoproteids.
