Identification and organization of psychological and pedagogical conditions of the development of teenagers'' Personal qualities during the preparation and conduct of collective creative project

This article describes experimental work in one of the teenage classes. Its purpose was the organization of psychological and pedagogical conditions in order to contribute to individual manifestations of adolescent personality traits during the preparation and conduct of collective creative projects. It was established that specially created conditions for the organization of collective activities contribute to the development of the individual qualities.
