Identification of isoantigens in lymphoid tissues

The isoantigenic system of ABO in lymphoid tissues from fresh and rotten corpses was studied. In the cold season, antigens in the lymph nodes can be determined even 3 months after the person’s death. The severity of the absorption capacity of antigens in the lymph nodes does not depend on the group membership of the blood of a corpse. Warm seasons at a later date, lysis of standard red blood cells is observed, which prevents the establishment of antigens in the lymph nodes.
