Identification of the features of time planning in people with a technical and humanitarian mindset

The article examines the problem of time management through the prism of cognitive differences between individuals with a technical and humanitarian mindset. The empirical study allowed us to assess the influence of cognitive style on the features of time planning, attitude to multitasking and the ability to self-organize. In addition, it was studied how the way of thinking determines adaptation to unforeseen circumstances that require a revision of plans. The paper also analyzes the validity of the traditional dichotomy of techies and humanities in the context of time management.
