Identification of risk of cardiovascular diseases development through the assessment of suboptimum status indicators of health and endothelium dysfunction

The problem of early identification of cardiovascular diseases among urban population continues to remain actual. Emergence of the new screening techniques one of which is the assessment of suboptimum health state, open new possibilities for studying the risk factors and early manifestations of cardiovascular diseases. It is examined 330 inhabitants of Samara city, who do not have diseases in the anamnesis and not receiving treatment for the last two weeks. Middle age of the surveyed made 27,53±9,9 years. 2 groups are allocated: 1 group – the healthy (n=213), the 2nd group – persons with risk factors of cardiovascular diseases (n=117). Biographical screening on risk factors of cardiovascular diseases, SHSQ-25 questionnaire, a photoplethismography method for a condition assessment an endothelium was used. An assessment of the suboptimum health status in a combination to the analysis of endothelium dysfunction conditions allow to reveal risk of development of cardiovascular diseases.
