Identify bottlenecks repair production of GTE blades based on simulation

This article presents the results of a study of the production process of repair for gas turbine engine blades. Simulation model was built on the basis of the data that reflects the core production processes. Analysis of the model allowed to identify “bottlenecks” of the production system and to suggest ways to optimize the organization of the production process.
