Detection of weight factors for criteria evaluation of the prestige of the territory of multistory construction

The article is devoted to the definition of weight coefficients for factors of prestige assessment of the territory for multi-storey residential construction. The author was influenced by the factors that hypothetically affect the value of the land plot of the above-described destination and, accordingly, its prestige. To determine the significance of these criteria, an expert questionnaire was conducted. To assess the consistency of the opinions of experts, the Kendall concordance coefficient was found.
