Identification of delays in speech development of 2-3 years old children in pre-school educational institutions

The article reveals the importance of speech in the formation of a child’s mental development, especially in the first years of his life. Among the problems of the speech therapy, the problem of habilitation of young children with speech development delays is highlighted. The result of the work is the study to identify the speech development delays among young children.
