The article is devoted to the cultivation of cells of microalga Chlorella vulgaris in media with high content of citrates of molybdenum, selenium and germanium. The article considers the increased productivity of the culture when cultivated on a medium with molybdenum citrate and the growth inhibition by using germanium citrate. The article contains an analysis of the results of the slowing down of the adaptation phase of the development of the culture due to an increase in the concentration of the test compounds. The obtained results testify to the prospects of further research in the field.
