The alignment of budgetary security at the regional level

This article presents the main problems of using fiscal equalization to reduce the level of differentiation of regions. Reviewed the current legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of budgetary control, as well as the analysis of the existing system of distribution of grants. The study suggested specific ways to improve methods of distribution of grants for leveling the budget supply of constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
