Expression of the author's position in the novel of Kadzuo Iziguro “The buried giant”

The article is devoted to the study of the author’s position expression to the novel “The Buried Giant”. Such basic ways of expression of the author’s position as the title, keywords and proper names are examined. The study of the author's attitude to the novel and its features help to reveal additional layers of text that create the uniqueness not only of this work, but of all the work of Kazuo Ishiguro as a whole.
