The high social standards of wage is basis of worthy labour pensions

The socially livable, average and high levels of labour old-age pensions are proved on the basis of system of social standards of a standard of living. Without radical increase of wages the further growth of the sizes of labour old-age pensions on insurance principles is not possible is proved. Preservation of operating approaches to formation of wages and pensions will lead to loosing of insurance bases of pension system, to loading on the federal budget.
