Highly effective and immanent technology of correspondence students vocational training

In paper it is shown, that correspondence students, who combine study with work at the enterprises of a railway transport, treat to the category of adults trained. Conceptual positions of designing and realiza-tion of andragogical technology in vocational training of correspondence students in high technical school are considered.
