In the course of post-natal ontogenesis parameters of output system of a mammary gland of goats of zaanensky breed change unevenly. The most essential changes in output system of a mammary gland of goats happen during the period from five-seven-months age about one year when sexual and physiological maturing of an animal is carried out. In this period length of the mammilla channel, ferruterous part of a mammary gland, and also their diameter that speaks about increase in volume of output system with age as much as possible increases. When studying dynamics of parameters of output system of a mammary gland of goats of zaanensky breed in a different physiological state we came to a conclusion that at adults the no lactation of goats the poor development of a network of channels is characteristic, and during a lactation the structure of output system reaches "peak". Besides two-three main output channels, the volume of the ferruterous tank actively increases with we prevail a dense network of average and small the interlobular is of channels. The dairy tank on the average department of output system is presented by a mucous membrane which has holes, valves, niches, a large number of folds.
