The article analyzes the challenges of the digital economy for social security systems and social security law. These challenges are: jobs replacement due to robotization and use of artificial intelligence; devaluation of work qualification; physical and mental health risks connected with the use of information technologies; transformation of form of employment and emergence of new forms of employment.
