Interaction of federal executive authorities exercising federal state land control (supervision) with bodies exercising municipal land control

This article examines the problem of interaction between federal and municipal authorities that control the use of land resources in Russia. The current regulatory legal acts defining the rights and obligations of bodies at different levels are analyzed, as well as the law problems and prospects of their joint work are identified. The mechanisms of joint monitoring and practical examples of successful cooperation are considered.
