Interaction of state power and institutions of local self-government as a factor in the solution of problems of municipalities

Interaction of state and municipal authorities in order to solve certain problems of municipalities is one of the most pressing issues related to the exercise of power in the Russian Federation. In the article, the author examines the main directions of interaction between state authorities of the Russian Federation and local self-government institutions of the country, problems and prospects for the development of such interaction, as well as the ability to solve various problems of municipalities through interaction. The author suggests a form of interaction in which local self-government should be considered as an institution of civil society.
