Cooperation of government authorities and Christian organizations in the Black Sea coast of the Caucasus

The article discusses questions of cooperation of government and local authorities with Christian organizations, first of all, Russian Orthodox Church, in the Black sea coast of the Caucasus. Investigating the problems of the state confessional policy, the author came to the conclusion about growing role of the agreements between the government and Christian organizations, in which both parties act as equal partners.
