Higher professional education and labor market as social institutions and their interdependence

There is a growing level of inconsistency between the quality of training provided by universities and colleges and the demands of modern labor market in the Russian Federation. The article offers solutions for overcoming the critical social situation, based on international and Russian practice. The authors formulate an approach for balancing the quality of higher professional education and labor market demands.
