Teamwork in the construction industry

The article is devoted to the interaction of the project team in the construction industry. A study of the interaction of the team taking into account the specifics of the industry, highlighted the shortcomings of the current system of employee motivation and use of the linear organizational structure. According to the results of the study, a model of motivation of the project team based on the method of Valery Vodyanova is proposed.
