Interaction of personal and activity-based characteristics of nurse business managers in the course of professionalizing: typological alternatives

The article discusses the empirical research results concerned with the regularities and mechanisms of interaction of personal and activity-based characteristics of nurse business managers in the process of professionalization. Basing upon the analysis of inter-individual variability of constellations of the abovenamed characteristics in managers' psychological organization, the author distinguishes three typological alternatives of the structural organizations of the personal and activity-based foundations of the successful managerial work in this sector. The paper considers psychological profiles of the manager types: “self-organized manager", “professionally competent and service-focused social type" and “professionally competent business type".
