Interaction with social robots: a microsociological analysis

Бесплатный доступ

With the development of computer technologies and artificial intelligence in particular, there is an increasing popularity of social robots. However, the question of how people react on such entities remains open. The article presents an analysis of theoretical frameworks that characterize the interaction between humans and algorithms in everyday situations and social contexts. The authors consider ideas of Sherry Turkle, Harry Collins, Lucy Suchman, and Gaëlle Chartier, and relate them to the issues of human-robot interaction.
