The article analyzes the fundamental theories of the innovation economy, identifies the factors influencing the innovation economy, identifies the main trends in the interaction of science, production and education, reveals the role of the interaction of science, production and education in the formation of the innovation economy. Also, the author proposes the directions of formation of effective integration of science, production and education.
