Interaction of government authorities and public organizations on the lighting of military conflicts in the media in the 1990-2000-ies

The article describes the main directions of interaction between state authorities and public organizations in connection with the main priorities and problems of media coverage of the course and results of military conflicts in the 1990s and 2000s. Particular attention is paid to the forms and results of this interaction. In the article, the key place is occupied by the analysis of non-profit organizations in the field of media. The main groups of creative associations of media workers are considered. Particular attention is paid to the degree and nature of their participation in interaction with state authorities on the coverage of military conflicts in relation to the stages of the active formation of public organizations in the field of mass information in Russia. The article analyzes spheres and aspects of media activities, which were largely determined within the framework of self-regulation mechanisms. The role of public organizations and associations whose activities are connected with the media has been disclosed in the development and discussion of draft basic laws on the media in the Russian Federation. The main provisions of the concept of interdepartmental special training of representatives of information structures working in extreme conditions and aspects of the system of practical special training of journalists working in "hot spots" are considered. Key problems that have been resolved or are being resolved in the interaction of state authorities and public organizations in the field of media are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to the peculiarities of the information field and the historical experience of the media in changing it in the context of military conflicts, as well as to the strategic priorities of interaction between state authorities and public organizations.
