Interaction of local self-government bodies and the department of education to attract young specialists

The article considers a detailed study of the personnel policy of local authorities, the problem of a shortage of young specialists, and also proposes a solution through close interaction between local authorities and the education department. The pros and cons of hiring young professionals are also considered. A close rapprochement is proposed between the department and local authorities in the creation of joint projects, training plans for specific young professionals who have expressed a desire to work in the chosen field.
